All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after customer is verified through our verification process. That consist of the customer verifying their identity by sending a physical copy of their ID. All new shoppers must complete the verification process. Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or directly with the shipping carrier.

5 Shop Pay Orders

Shop pay orders take at a minimum of 1-2 business days to clear. After they clear and the order is verified the order will be shipped out.

We currently ship to select international destinations. Additional customs fees and duties may apply, and the customer is responsible for these charges.
